These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Malaysia33 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at malaysia33.cam and its associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the malaysia33 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by a Player using a supported payment method, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated by the Company to confirm a Player's eligibility to use the Platform.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the primary transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction applied to a Player's account at their request, preventing access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

Registration and use of the Malaysia33 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. The Company reserves the right to verify compliance with these conditions at any time, including upon account registration, at the time of any withdrawal request, or when a dispute arises.

You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active account. The Company applies strict age verification procedures as part of its KYC process. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all associated funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. The Company makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular location.

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, payment accounts, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. The Company may, upon detecting duplicate accounts, suspend all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balance held therein.

Employees of Malaysia33, its affiliated entities, contracted service providers, software partners, and immediate family members of any such persons are not permitted to register or maintain a Player account on the Platform.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals, you are required to complete the account registration process and pass identity verification in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly notify malaysia33 of any changes to this information to ensure your account records remain current.

The Company may request documentary evidence to verify your identity at any point. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Additional proof of address or source-of-funds documentation may be requested in relation to higher-value transactions.

Malaysia33 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal processing timelines stated elsewhere on the Platform apply only to fully verified accounts.

Malaysia33 supports a comprehensive range of locally preferred payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct online banking with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits using BTC, ETH, and USDT are also accepted. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

• The minimum single deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified in an applicable promotion.
• All deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Malaysia33 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• The Company reserves the right to reject any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or policy violation.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account in your own name that has been used to deposit funds into your malaysia33 account, unless the Company expressly approves an alternative arrangement.
• All active Bonus Funds and any associated Wagering Requirements must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal of Real Money Funds may be processed.
• The Company targets processing of verified MYR withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes for FPX and DuitNow channels, subject to banking system availability.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding RM 10,000 within a single calendar day.

From time to time, Malaysia33 offers promotional bonuses including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and loyalty tier rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless individual promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only and may be subject to geographic, time-based, or product-specific restrictions.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts constitutes a violation of the One Account Policy (Section 3.3) and will result in forfeiture of funds.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the standard Wagering Requirement is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount.
• Wagers placed on certain game categories, including but not limited to live dealer roulette and certain low-house-edge table games, may contribute at a reduced rate toward satisfying Wagering Requirements.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes shall not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted by Players.
• If a Player requests a withdrawal before Wagering Requirements are met, the Company will forfeit all remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds prior to processing the withdrawal.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed through the malaysia33 sportsbook, live casino, and virtual gaming products.

A bet is only confirmed upon the Platform issuing a bet confirmation reference number. In the event of a technical fault or connectivity issue, bets that were not confirmed by the system prior to the event commencing are void. The Company's records shall be the definitive reference in any dispute regarding bet placement.

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by product, market, and Player account tier. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placement. The Company reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits at its discretion, including in response to irregular betting patterns.

In the event of an obvious pricing error — such as odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault or data feed error — the Company reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether they were confirmed. Players who systematically exploit pricing errors may have their accounts restricted.

Any bet suspected of being linked to match-fixing, insider information, or integrity violations in sporting events — including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL matches — will be voided and reported to the relevant sporting authority. The associated account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the malaysia33 platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the Company.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Employing automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform without explicit prior written consent from the Company.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or live table games.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any Player who discovers such an issue is required to report it to support immediately rather than exploit it for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud or payment reversal scheme.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy service, or other technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Registering or operating more than one account in violation of Section 3.3 of these Terms.

All content available on the malaysia33 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, button design elements, game interfaces, audio files, and software code, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Malaysia33, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may occur with or without prior notice.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including systematic bonus exploitation.
• Placing bets under a self-exclusion order or during a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Receipt of a valid order, subpoena, or direction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold or forfeit account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining Real Money balance shall be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

A Player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be processed per the withdrawal conditions in Section 5.

Malaysia33 is fully committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. The following tools and policies are in place to assist Players in managing their gambling activity.

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. The Company employs age verification during registration and may request proof of age at any time.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits may only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players can configure session time alerts that notify them of the duration and value of their active gaming session at regular intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority.

Malaysia33 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent on-platform notice no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographic corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Agreement) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Malaysia33 is licensed and operated. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or its breach, termination, or validity, shall first be submitted to the Company's internal dispute resolution process.

If the matter cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being formally raised in writing to [email protected], either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the governing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim or emergency injunctive relief from a competent court to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
